We are currently looking for a Product Specialist located in Thessaloniki, Greece.
The opportunity
Act as key point of contact between pharmaceutical companies and health care professionals, promoting product awareness, and introducing new products. Represent the total company in a given territory (different hospitals, clinics, private practice physicians).
How you’ll spend your day
• Responsible for hospitals (public and private) and EOPYY pharmacies in a specific geographical area
• Corporate and brand awareness to HCPs
• Scientific detailing of specialty and GX products in their area of responsibility
• Achieve annual sales target
• Implementation of Business Unit tactical plan
• Ensure that business objectives have met in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, Company’s Code of Conduct & other policies
• Follow the visit schedule/call plan as agreed with the Team Leader, comply and deliver the required evidence in VEEVA CRM regarding the visits performed
• Detailing about products at the promotional booth during congresses and other events
• Inform the medical department about requests for educational sponsorships and take care of the correct and timely submission of the necessary documents
• Transfer to Medical Department all requests for medical information from HCPs.
• Liaise with Medical Department to implement common activities
• KAM responsibilities within the territory of responsibility, hold accountability for discount offers, supply issues in the Hospital Pharmacies of their responsibility. Drive the process of BU products inclusion in Hospital formulary list in collaboration with KAM
Your experience and qualifications
• Bachelor degree and/or 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical sales
• Experience in Hospital sales is desired
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Computer literacy
• Strong communication skills
• Problem solving and agility

• Presentation skills
• Time management skills
• Organizational skills
• Team spirit
Travel requirements
Within their territory of responsibility & in International congresses when needed.
