Are you driven by data and passionate about shaping digital strategies? Walmart Enterprise Business Services (EBS) is looking for candidates to join our Supplier Experience team ! As Sr. Manager, Business Analysis & Insights, you'll be a key contributor to reducing our Suppliers’ cost to serve and make their Walmart experience easy.

What you'll do...

• Provide thorough data analysis to support strategic business decisions by identifying ongoing analytical needs, creating standardized reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop consistent, actionable data-driven strategies.
• Lead the development of business performance dashboards, delivering actionable insights on site content performance, customer engagement, and conversion metrics. Ensure reporting is both insightful and tailored to business objectives.
• Establish measurable KPIs to track site performance and identify areas of opportunity. Drive initiatives to improve the customer experience and boost overall site effectiveness.
• Create and implement strategies to meet and exceed KPI targets, such as accounts payable claim accuracy, income allocations, and escalation to resolution average handle time. Present performance results to senior leadership on a weekly basis.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners and leadership teams, in Finance, Controllership, and Merchandising, gaining buy-in through clear communication and effective presentations of content strategies.
• Build interactive, automated dashboards and reports, and provide training to business partners on their use for self-service analysis, empowering teams with the tools to perform their own data explorations.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience in Business or related fields. 
• 3 - 5 years related experience in Business Operations, Program Management, or eCommerce. 

Preferred Qualification: 

• Master’s degree in business or related field; Project Management certification
