Color Health is seeking a Supply Logistics Ops Generalist to support daily operations. In this role, you will focus on order fulfillment, inventory management, and general logistics to ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a full-time, contract position. The contract duration is expected to be 3-6 months.

Color Health is seeking a Supply Logistics Ops Generalist to support daily operations. In this role, you will focus on order fulfillment, inventory management, and general logistics to ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently.
This is a full-time, contract position. The contract duration is expected to be 3-6 months.
How You’ll Contribute:
Purchasing & Inventory Management Support
- Follow standard SOPs to purchase inventory from vendors for the lab consumables, kits, and collateral.
- Source and obtain quotes from vendors
- Track open purchase orders to ensure delivery is on time and delays are communicated internally.
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments and restock supplies
- Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, support inventory tracking processes
Administration & Documentation
- Project manage kitting related changes, tracking timelines, deliverables and communicating with stakeholders to ensure on time completion of projects
- Organize meeting agendas and document notes , share updates and meeting updates with cross functional team
- Complete change documentation forms and update BOMs and resources accordingly
- Fill out quality documentation and submit for approvals as needed
- Maintain records, update SOPs as required for quality audits.
Support Fulfillment
- Use Color’s Fulfillment Platform to process orders, ensuring accuracy in order picking, packing, and quality control.
- Identify fulfillment related problems and troubleshoot
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- At least 2 years of experience fulfillment/logistics operations.
- Experience in a warehouse, logistics, shipping, or fulfillment role
- Experience in biotech is preferred
- Experience with change management and quality management systems
- Proficiency with inventory management systems, fulfillment platforms, or ERP software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs.) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot fulfillment and inventory-related challenges.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
