Job Description:

 

Video Quality Assurance Analyst Conduct manual testing regression testing smoke testing and ad hoc testing on all major browsers including Chrome Firefox Safari and Edge for desktop and Chrome Safari Firefox and Brave for mobile web

Platform Testing Perform manual testing of the Paramount app on Android TV LG Roku and Samsung on production and lower environments

Live Event QA Experience Participate in QA for live events such as Super Bowl 2024 various soccer leagues UEFA Champions League Masters Golf and other oneoff live events

HighProfile Asset QA Testing Test highprofile assets like Sonic Knuckles Mayor of Kingstown Clifford Big Red Dog Top Gun Maverick Yellowstone prequel 1883 Yellow Jackets Special Ops Lioness Scream VI IF Quiet Place Day One Halo Seal Team and other major Paramount titles

International QA Team Experience Work with international QA teamstesting in countries like Australia UK Italy France Germany Canada Brazil Mexico and others testing via various VPNs

4KUHDHDR Video Testing Test video streaming and VOD services using web browsers Safari Chrome Firefox Edge iOS Android TV Android Mobile LG and Roku

Test Documentation Write test documentation including test plans test cases and test suites

Agile Methodology Work within Agile Scrum methodology

Bug Tracking Use JIRA or other bug ticketing software to write bugs and verify fixes

Network Traffic Software Utilize network traffic software such as Charles log

Team Collaboration Be a strong team player as well as work individually

Customer Service Support Assist with customer service inquiries and FCC complaints
