Who You Are

We are seeking an experienced, high impact, results driven leader that has The Strategic Mindset that combines both breadth of perspectives and depth of experience in Industrial Water Markets which includes Municipal Wastewater/Drinking Water, Mineral Processing, Heavy Industry, Upstream Energy (Oil & Gas), Light Industry, and F&B.

This leader will be responsible for leading a Global Marketing Team in developing and executing the Industrial Solutions Business Unit overall marketing strategy across international markets, overseeing cross functional teams to identify capabilities needed to drive growth.

A key aspect of this role is to drive consistency globally and collaborate with regional marketing and commercial teams to develop and drive marketing campaigns that accelerate customer acquisition, identify investments in sales growth strategies, and build business cases that identify regional needs as well as uncovering the marketing insights that support the M&A team in identifying prospects that accelerate profitable growth strategies.

The ideal candidate is a Big Thinker and has a proven track record in strategically identifying growth opportunities and leveraging competitive advantage. They can anticipate and adapt to dynamic market conditions and can identify opportunities to delight customers by uncovering new marketing insights, and customer needs that can be solved in a value enhancing way.   

This is a pivotal role in the organization and will require collaboration across the value chain when it comes to building business cases that can including Finance, Enterprise Marketing, Innovation Marketing, Regional Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Commercial Leadership teams.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a high-performance marketing organization that includes the development of strategic roadmaps, customer segmentation and marketing strategies, value proposition and content creation
  • Lead the development of the Business Unit Strategy & Responsible for Key Focus Sectors
  • Facilitate and support the Regional Activation & Execution by collaborating with Regional Marketing, Corporate Accounts, and Regional Vice Presidents on the Sector Playbooks which include the investment matrix for business unit
  • Define Priority Sectors & Segments per Country, Regional, Global
  • Support Executive, Regional Vice President, and Global Strategic Account Calls to Align and Monitor Strategy Execution
  • Lead VOC/Blueprinting for new Adjacent Markets & Technologies
  • Support M&A Strategy by identifying critical gaps and creating the businesses cases for investment
  • Identify External Growth Opportunities and Partnerships
  • Lead Capability and Growth Projects for Business Unit
  • Own Accredited Market Data For SAM/Market CAGR and align one source of truth with regional marketing, regional vice presidents
  • Create Sector Value propositions and work with regions to include unique regional nuances
  • Own Narrative Development for Business Unit for Investor Relations and in Conjunction with Brand Communications
