Primary Purpose of this Position:
The Manager, Regional Talent Acquisition Manager is focused on managing a team of recruiting professionals and overseeing the end-to-end hiring process developing and executing strategic recruitment plans to attract and hire top talent across the region. This role emphasizes operational execution, direct recruiting oversight, and hands-on coaching of recruiters.
What will you be responsible for?
Operational Leadership:
- Manage the day-to-day execution of recruiting activities for assigned business units or functions for business region, across multiple countries.
- Ensure sourcing strategies align with immediate hiring needs.
- Monitor compliance with established TA processes and policies.
Team Management:
- Lead and support a team of TA professionals dedicated to sourcing / recruiting, screening and onboarding internal and external talent.
- Use data to manage performance and drive continuous improvement among the team.
- Provide team with feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with assigned hiring managers to align on hiring needs, and ensure team aligns role requirements with candidate profiles, hiring timelines and quality goals.
- Educate hiring managers on trade-offs between speed and quality in candidate selection.
Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in the hiring process and share solutions to improve speed and quality.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sourcing strategies, including passive candidate sourcing where applicable.
Data Management:
- Track and report on metrics related to team performance and hiring outcomes.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in TA systems.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum of a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of full lifecycle professional talent acquisition experience.
- 1+ years of experience supervising professional, full life cycle recruiters.
