Sales Admin Manager (IRE)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Administration Manager to cover maternity leave for 12+ months. This is a key role in ensuring smooth operations across the office, warehouse activity, customer service, and financial administration. We are hoping for someone to start in this role as soon as possible (November 2025 latest).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations, stock, and returns
• Make effective operational decisions and resolve issues quickly
• Approve quotes, monitor orders, and manage customer concerns
• Handle invoices, payments, purchasing, and cost tracking
• Review operational, sales, and stock reports to guide improvements

• Experience in operations, office, or warehouse management
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Financial and administrative competence
• Customer focused with commercial awareness
• Analytical and data-driven approach
