We’re looking for a Director of Experience Design to join our Hire & Empower Group. You should be a Director-level leader with solid experience managing multi-disciplinary design teams; someone who lives and breathes B2B enterprise software spanning different user-types, industries, and markets.

We're seeking a highly collaborative and experienced designer who can lead, inspire, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proven experience in creating designs, working with user researchers, and finalizing results with product managers, engineers, and multiple stakeholders is essential.

Your profile should include a fundamental trifecta: product design oversight, people management, and stakeholder impact. You should be highly adaptive and ready to facilitate, inspire, or lead, no matter the project or people. While not expected to produce design artifacts, you should be fluent in modern software design language.

In addition to being a hands-on collaborative leader and mentor, you should have the following attributes:

The Role

You will be a key member of the Hire & Empower Group, an integral part of the Oracle NetSuite business solution. This group provides solutions to various aspects of our customers' businesses, including staffing, retaining, engaging, and paying employees, as well as fulfilling payroll related funds, allocating total labor costs, and ensuring reporting obligations.
