Lead Program Manager

Lead Program Manager at Acquia Inc. in Boston MA (full-time remote anywhere in the U.S.):

Act as a key member of the Professional Services delivery team. Build and maintain applications on the Acquia Platform on behalf of customers and partners. Be responsible for understanding and working within the customer’s business environment to deliver projects according to Acquia’s methodology. Apply experience managing and implementing customer data platforms (CDP) and integrations as well as API integrations between products. Specific job duties include: delivering successful projects within a customer’s business environment, creating a productive project culture, creating and responding to change in a way that enables customers to meet or exceed their goals, liaise with Acquia and customer stakeholder management, communicating new business opportunities to the Acquia Account Management team and supporting new business activities within an existing customer; working with Professional Services Operations to ensure projects are properly resourced, and overseeing continuous improvement of the program management discipline within Acquia’s Professional Services. Will also apply in-depth knowledge and experience providing competitive analysis for customer data and campaigns.

 

Actual Minimum Requirements:

U.S. Master’s Degree or foreign equivalent in International Business Management, IT Management or a related field plus (2) two years of experience in a related position in program management. 

 

The two years of minimum experience must include the following which may be obtained concurrently:

• Two years of experience managing and implementing CDP and integrations;
• Two years of experience managing and implementing API integrations between products; and
• Two years of experience providing competitive analysis for customer data and campaigns.

Salary: $129,375.22

Full Time. No Visa sponsorship is available.
