ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Director of Technical Program Management leads the technical program management function within the platform organization, driving operational excellence, platform resiliency, and cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Product, and Operations teams. This role ensures seamless execution of complex technical initiatives, manages platform SLAs, and establishes processes that enable predictable, reliable platform delivery across distributed teams across the globe.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-quarter technical programs across Platform Enterprise, Platform Foundation, and Platform Orchestration Excellence teams.
Drive operational excellence by establishing and enforcing SDLC processes, release management frameworks, and quality gates.
Helps the success of platform SLA management programs, incident response coordination, and post-incident analysis to meet SLA and internal SLO targets.
Manage DR/BCP testing programs, platform resiliency initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies
Establish tiered maintenance notification processes and change management frameworks that balance business needs with operational stability
Build and develop high-performing TPM teams across distributed geographies.
Create and maintain program dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks for executive visibility into platform health and delivery progress
Lead cross-functional stakeholder management with Engineering, Product, Operations, Compliance, and external partners
