Senior Growth Analyst<p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>We’re looking for a <b>Senior Growth Analyst </b>to join our <b>Sports</b> team at <b>Betfair</b> part of Flutter UK &amp; Ireland.</p><p></p><p>Reporting into the Head of Performance &amp; Analytics – BF Sports, the <b>Senior Growth Analyst</b> will use data to support decision making processes across multiple teams, with a particular focus on driving growth, improving customer experience, and optimising generosity strategies, across both the Sportsbook and Exchange.</p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll do:</b></p><ul><li><p>Use data to understand and communicate BF Sports acquisition performance to optimise strategy.</p></li><li><p>Develop methods to calculate the ROI of free bet spend and margin generosity across both the Sportsbook and Exchange.</p></li><li><p>Provide insights on how bonus spend, and Customer Value Management (CVM) initiatives can be optimised based on data.</p></li><li><p>Leverage data to create actionable recommendations on how to segment customers to improve generosity strategies and customer experience.</p></li><li><p>Produce SQL scripts that will accurately select customers to be targeted with specific offers to be used by CRM teams.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with Data Science teams to ensure that the Betfair Sports team is effectively utilizing data products to enhance the customer experience.</p></li><li><p>Manage data-driven initiatives for key customer offers such as early life, select, churn, and reactivation.</p></li><li><p>Develop a comprehensive understanding of the impact of Safer Gambling initiatives and integrate this knowledge into the team's performance strategies.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>How you’ll do it: </b></p><ul><li><p>You will have a solid analytical background with high numerical aptitude and the ability to interpret large datasets to uncover trends and insights. You will enjoy working with data, discovering trends, and understanding not just what is happening but why.</p></li><li><p>Willing to learn, understand the business, and identify what drives commercial results.
