Purpose of Role

Under Armour is looking for an outstanding, high-performing Sr. Manager, Corporate FP&A. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Corporate FP&A and collaborates across the organization to ensure the company achieves its financial & strategic goals.

Your Impact

•    Partner with all global operating segments and leadership to report on and analyze the consolidated income statement for the total company.
•    Lead a team in preparation of all management reporting initiatives Inclusive of Board of Directors Presentations, CFO Earnings Preparation, Quarterly Business Reviews, etc.
•    Drive and improve key management reporting to ensure a consistent review of financial performance that enables the entire leadership team to make better decisions, faster.
•    Responsible for coordinating and executing the recurring forecast cycle and delivering impactful insights into variances between actuals and expected results.
•    Serve as the key liaison between the Global Corporate Finance team and key partners in FP&A, Accounting, Investor Relations, Legal, Functional Teams, etc.
•    Help position FP&A as a strategic partner within the company by building educational awareness of financial goals and areas of strategic focus.
•    Anticipate and deliver ad-hoc projects to support the executive leadership team.

Qualifications

•    Experience in financial modeling and management reporting, preferably in a Corporate/Global capacity.
•    Ability to independently develop recommendations on strategy, process improvements, and deliverables based on prior experience and industry knowledge.
•    Mastery knowledge of management reporting best practices, financial reporting, and financial modeling.
•    Exceptional communication skills.
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to effectively build and manage relationships with cross-functional colleagues and business leaders.
•    Strong executive presence, with the ability to present to senior management and external stakeholders.
•    Knowledge of corporate finance and technical modeling.
•    Ability to handle confidential information and to strictly adhere to company policies for information disclosure.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
•    Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required.
•    Collaborator and self-starter who exercises discretion and independent judgment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
•    B.A. or B.S. from an accredited four-year college or university; ideally in business administration, accounting/finance, or economics; M.B.A. preferred 
•    6+ years relevant experience in finance/accounting, analytics, or planning.
 

Workplace Location

• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
• Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation

 

 $133,892.00 - $184,101.50 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
