General Lab Support Sr. Associate

The Opportunity:

Intermediate level position; responsible for carrying out routine tasks at a customer site. Responsible for basic order entry, shipping & receiving, inventory point of use replenishment (inventory), production packaging, cylinder delivery, pickup, waste disposal, desktop delivery of inbound packages, cleanroom garment management, and glass washing. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and regulatory requirements.

- Receiving Goods

Receive incoming shipments of goods and verify their accuracy against purchase orders.

Inspect and record the condition of received items.

Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to address discrepancies or issues.

- Sorting and Labeling

Sort received goods based on department or category.

Ensure accurate labeling of items with relevant information, including barcodes and product details.

- Delivery Coordination

Efficiently organize and prioritize deliveries to various departments.

Collaborate with department heads to understand specific delivery needs and timelines.

- Stock Room Management

Regularly scan stock rooms using inventory management systems.

Monitor stock levels, identifying low-stock items, and initiating replenishment processes.

Check expiry of the chemical weekly and Monthly basis.

- Replenishing Stock

Replenish stock on shelves and in designated storage areas.

Keep track of stock rotation and expiration dates to minimize waste.

- Marketplace Ordering and Monitoring

Manage orders from external marketplaces, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.

Coordinate with vendors and marketplaces to resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.

Communicates with suppliers as required for proof of delivery.

Determines the action required for open orders that affect inventory.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
