Role? Product manager for vacation rental with the responsibility to scale and find new areas of growth. You’ll lead a cross-functional team to shape the direction of vacation rental on FINN.no, focusing on both transactional growth and new revenue streams.

FINN.no travel is Norway's number one metasearch, and provides content to the users for vacations in all the different seasons and destinations. We are here to make traveling easy, and provide value for both our private users and professional partners. In the role as product manager you will have the responsibility for our vacation rental vertical, that provides the user with vacation homes for rent both from private and professional hosts. You will be responsible for scaling the transactional rental and also develop and grow new revenue streams within the vertical.
We have a dedicated team with both tech and ux that together with you will drive the innovation and changes needed in order to continue the scaling of this service.

WHO ARE YOU?

• Experience in product development and project management, preferably within the travel industry or a related field
• You are a natural team leader, able to set direction, motivate others, and foster an environment of high trust and accountability
• You are a strategic thinker who is outcome-focused, with the ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term vision
• You have good communication and collaboration skills, and have the ability to engage your team and stakeholders
• You have the ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
• You have experience driving product growth and scaling, and are comfortable taking ownership with a high degree of independence and initiative

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?

Day-to-day work & projects cooking

You and your team have the full responsibility of scaling the transactional rental market in Norway and also focus on areas of growth within the segment.

Together with your team, consisting of both technical and UX members, you set the goals and structure the way of working in order to reach the goals and target for vacation rental - the team works in an autonomous way.
You will have the lead of initiating workshops and conduct team meetings, and have the freedom to structure them the way you find best in order to create an engaging and high-trust environment.

You will be a part of the management team of FINN travel and thereby be able to contribute to the strategy and overall success, not only for vacation rental.
