Job Description

Positions available at NBCUniversal Media, LLC (100 Universal City Plaza, Universal City, CA 91608) for IAM Operations Automation Engineer with the following job duties:

• Participate on the Identity & Access Management Operations team and work collaboratively across NBCU Cyber I&AM to help drive operations forward.
• Help improve and automation requests surrounding the following services: Sailpoint and Waveset; Directory Services (Azure AD, Active Directory); IDM and SSO system alerts; Group Management, DFS, and other related services; and CyberArk and Remediant Operations.
• Learn, create, and document automation functionality around performing tasks and self services items resulting from automation developed.
• Support Audit engagements focusing on pulling together reports and remediating findings.
• Review Application Monitoring reports and ensure there is an adequate response and alerting via dashboarding and automation.
• Position is based out of Universal City, CA, can be performed remotely from a commutable distance.

Qualifications

*Basic Requirements:

• Requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical field, and at least 2 years of experience in the job offered or at least 2 years of experience in I&AM system administration and troubleshooting activities.
• Stated experience must include at least 2 years of experience in each of the following: Active Directory administration; ticketing systems (Service Now and Jira); SQL and OKTA; Windows / Linux / Mac administration and configuration; and scripting experience (Powershell, Python, and Bash).

We are offering a salary range of $125,000 per year to $140,000 per year, depending upon qualifications.
