Outcomes and Activities:
- Professionally and respectfully greet and assist both internal/external customers to maintain high service levels.
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
- Escort terminated team members from the building.
- Appropriately escalate emergency situations to police, EMS, or fire department.
- Distribute and track security key FOBs for team members.
- Manage security access control system by adding, removing or modifying access levels in company security software.
- Contribute to the Great Place to Work culture that the Company strives to maintain.
- Monitor parking lot and security cameras and take action as required by contacting police to report suspicious activity or locking down the building if needed.
- Assist in facilities management by monitoring building systems and contacting vendors to repair any security monitoring system.

Requirements:
- 5+ years as a law enforcement officer with prior MCOLES certification
- Must be able to respond to Southfield locations for an emergency call within 30 minutes.
- Basic computer and office skills (copy machines, fax, telephone, mouse & keyboard, email, and access FOB creator, Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Able to manage conflict resolution.
- Available for overtime, weekends and evenings.
- Available for assignment to any Credit Acceptance Southfield location.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Targeted Compensation: $25.00 - $27 per hour + an annual bonus plan
