THE JOB:
As Production Manager, you’ll take center stage in leading a talented team to build and deliver unforgettable event experiences. From concept to completion, you’ll oversee the fabrication process—ensuring every project is executed on time, within budget, and at the highest level of quality. THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead Event Execution and Production Logistics
  Manage event production from pre-event calls through load-in, execution, and load-out—ensuring flawless delivery that aligns with client/tour expectations, budgets, and departmental standards. Oversee onsite operations and troubleshoot in real time while maintaining a strong presence across venues and ballrooms.

• Support and Guide a High-Performing Team
  Schedule and supervise Production Supervisors and AV Technicians, providing expert support and acting as a go-to resource for technical or operational questions. Foster a culture of safety, creativity, and accountability, while ensuring timelines, quality, and staffing needs are met.

• Maintain Equipment, Vendor Relations, and Project Budgets
  Track inventory, manage vendor communications and bids, and ensure gear and décor are well-maintained and event-ready. Prepare cost estimates, approve purchases, and generate reports to support department performance and business objectives.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• At least 21 years old
• 2+ years of experience in prop fabrication, construction, theatrical or event industry
• Has a Bachelor's degree

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is:

$68,400.00 - $114,000.00

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.
