ISG is seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our dynamic team for the summer. This internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in your specific discipline while participating in a comprehensive professional development program.

Essential Duties and Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year Mechanical Drafting or Mechanical Engineering program. 
• Become familiar with and produce work using computer aided software programs.
• Be accountable to other members of the team to complete assigned tasks and recognize performance of other team members. 
• Work on several projects at one time.
• Must have strong communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Bi-Weekly Workshops: Participate in sessions led by Kinzee Miest and Mariah Burroughs covering topics such as goal setting, elevating your strengths, and building confidence in a professional setting.
• Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate your internship.
• Career Development: Gain insights into career paths and opportunities within the engineering field through coaching sessions with your team leaders.
