Fort HealthCare is seeking an occasional part time CRNA to join our group of CRNAs to administer general, regional and monitored anesthesia care to all types of patients, including infants, children, adolescents, and adults (including geriatrics) as requested by the attending physician within the realm of his/her credentials. Work schedule would be starting at 6:30 a.m. until end of surgery.
Requirements: Graduate of a nurse anesthesia education program accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. Current CRNA certification from the National Board of Certification for Nurse Anesthetists; Current licensure as a professional registered nurse in the State of Wisconsin, compliance with the state statutory requirements concerning the advanced practice of nursing regarding prescriptive authority APNP; basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, pediatric life support and neonatal resuscitation program recognition within department guidelines. Advanced practice nurse prescriber designation.
