Job Description

What you’ll do:

• You’ll be leading large global teams and clients to deliver digital solutions.  You watch timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks like a hawk.  You’re relentless about quality and know how to suggest trade-offs to achieve client drivers (time, scope, quality, risks)
• You set the lead by example when setting up projects and programs – creating positive team environments.  You are great at building relationships and driving team collaboration.  You ensure that your teams foster individual development and set a high bar for performance standards
• You’ll play a variety of roles as an Associate Director of Project Manager:
  • Managing a large and complex, multi-track project
  • Leading a large-scale program consisting of multiple projects
  • Client management- communicating updates, risks, and understanding client needs
• Partners with other project leaders to drive teams of 15+ people. Builds and structures the project team to ensure maximum performance
• Structures and manages integrated, multi-track projects and/or programs of multiple projects
• Ensures a positive, collaborative work environment for the team

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years project management experience in successfully delivering marketing and technology solutions 
• Experience using waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies
• 4+ years of client management experience with primary accountability for peer-level client relationships at the executive level across marketing & technology departments; experience should include external client management
• Experienced multiple full project life cycles from business development to final delivery
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (preferably in an integrated program)

Compensation Range: $51.20 - $86.06.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.  This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.  This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
