ROLE

As part of a guest room attendant responsibility, cleaning guest rooms efficiently accordance to the standards is necessary to ensure the service is positive and memorable experience for our owners and Guest.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests in accordance with established standards.
• Maintain a flexible schedule.
• Ensure cart is stocked before the start of shift with all necessary cleaning, linen, and room amenity supplies.
• Must provide all services involved in cleaning occupied or vacant guest units including, but not limited to, vacuuming carpets; mopping floors; cleaning tiled areas; cleaning bathroom showers, tubs, toilets, sinks; making (or changing) bed linens and towels; cleaning kitchen appliances, pots, pans, dishes; cleaning glass and windows; dusting and polishing furniture.
• Replenish guest room supplies and amenities.
• Report maintenance deficiencies to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.
• Monitors guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests will be promptly fulfilled.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a housekeeping environment within hospitality.
• Great organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally in English.
• Loves engaging and creating a personal connection with our guests.
• Multi-tasking skills.
• Enjoys a fast paced environment.
• Ability to present self in a professional, pleasant, confident and well groomed manner.
• Ability to work effectively with other department employees and guests.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
