Guest Services Representative (Weekends-2nd shift + Mon and Tues 1st or 2nd shift)

Join our guest services team as our new Part-Time Guest Services Representative and be one of the first welcoming faces that our patients and families see upon checking in to our patient housing facilities.

This is a part time role with a 32 hour work week. Must be available every weekend.
Shifts are: Saturday and Sunday 3:30pm - 12 midnight, plus Monday and Tuesday as a floater, but you could be on the front desk working 1st shift or 2nd shift, if needed.
OFF days are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Main duties:
- To perform in a pleasant, professional, and efficient manner a combination of duties mainly related, but not limited to answering telephones, greeting, assisting and checking families into and out of Target House.
- Giving recommendations, and providing directions, which contributes to an overall positive experience.
- Smile and greet guests in a welcoming manner, as the first point of contact.
- Assists Security with controlling access by signing in and out visitors, volunteers and vendors into Target House.

Compensation

In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $19.00 - $30.00 per hour for the role of Guest Services Representative (Weekends-2nd shift + Mon and Tues 1st or 2nd shift).
