Client Experience Administrator

Overview
The Client Experience System Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining the security, efficiency, and reliability of Riverside Health's endpoint infrastructure. They will work closely with various IT teams to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction across all endpoints.

What you will do

• Communicates and analyzes customer issues. Prioritizes and to offers solutions so as to maintain smooth operations and integrity of the system.
• Designs and tests networks/servers before release so that preventable configuration failures/problems are minimized and delays reduced. Included in this standard are Designs efficient solutions; Tests for problems before release to customers for testing; Provides documentation; Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis of and solution to problems within scope.
• Responds to special assignments and projects as directed by the Technical Manager.
• Provides technical expertise in the design activities to ensure that all implemented work is tested and signed off by customer, communicated to all customers affected, and carried through to implementation minimizing problems and delays.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED, (Required)
• Bachelors Degree, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Preferred)

Experience

• 5-6 years Endpoint management and configuration (Required)
• 3-4 years Project Management; End User Training; Technical Documentation (Required)
• 5-6 years Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) (Required)
• 5-6 years Windows Client operating systems and Group Policy management (Required)
• 1 year Managing client devices in Microsoft 365, Intune & Azure (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications

• Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals - Microsoft (Preferred)
• Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals - Microsoft (Preferred)
