This is a satellite-connected WiFi hotspot solution for key territories in Africa.

This enables communities in rural areas to have access to high-speed Internet even in the most remote locations.

The Konnect Wifi solution offers maximum flexibility.

Our customers buy a Wi-Fi voucher to match their needs in terms of data, time and speed.

All our customers must buy a voucher and bring their smartphone/PC to access the Internet.  

 

Your tasks:

 

You will work on:

 

• In-depth analysis of KPI's & Key numbers (key countries/key partners)
• Monitor and analyze performance indicators (optimize quality analysis approach)
• Income monitoring and joint work with manager to find areas for improvement & Development
• Come back with proposals to improve revenue, sales & profitability based on data analysis
• Support in preparing monthly meetings: analysis, action plan, forecast & correctional actions
• Provide support to account managers & partners:  telephone assistance, remote monitoring, problem-solving in the field....
• Coordination with logistics to follow-up on inventory/request additional material

 

You are involved in :

 

• Development of management dashboards & optimization of reporting production
• Weekly and monthly partner meetings
• Internal business review with your manager and Senior Sales Director
