Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.</span></p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Morgan &amp; Morgan, P.A. is seeking a pre-litigation attorney to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in our growing Irvine, CA office.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Day-to-day handling of all<strong> </strong>pre-litigation work</li> <li>Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval</li> <li>Guide clients through the case process</li> <li>Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents&nbsp;</li> <li>Complete TD approval for liability issues</li> <li>Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages</li> <li>Manage the release approval process</li> <li>Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers</li> <li>Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily premises liability.</li> <li>Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team</li> <li>EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Law degree from a fully accredited law school</li> <li>An active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association</li> <li>2+ years of personal injury experience</li> <li>Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases</li> <li>Excellent client service and communication skills</li> <li>Strong leadership skills</li> <li>Self-starter driven by long-term career goals</li> <li>Superior writing and oral advocacy skills</li> <li>Desire to become part of a trial team&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>This role reports to the Pre-Suit Operations Manager.</p> <p><span class="fontstyle3">#LI-CB2</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$100,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$125,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class=&q
