Role Overview:
The Practice Development Support Team helps agents build, grow, and sustain successful practices by designing scalable strategies, tools, and programs that improve productivity and client outcomes—especially for early-career cohorts. This role advances the Coaching Framework and enables holistic planning, equipping field leaders with practical playbooks, data-driven insights, and streamlined processes to drive consistent execution and measurable business results.
What You’ll Do:

- Develop and execute practice-building strategies that improve agent activity, productivity, retention, and overall business performance.
- Own and evolve the Coaching Framework (core coaching behaviors, cadence, tools, and measurement) to drive consistency and stronger outcomes.
- Enable holistic planning by creating standards, workflows, and resources that help agents run their business end-to-end (goals, activity, pipeline, client strategy, and time management).
- Create and maintain toolkits, playbooks, templates, and guidance that support day-to-day field execution.
- Equip field leaders with coaching resources (talk tracks, best practices, templates, and learning moments) to support adoption and consistent execution.
- Analyze internal performance data and relevant external trends to identify opportunities, diagnose gaps, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Identify procedural inefficiencies and recommend program/process improvements to simplify execution and increase impact.
- Partner cross-functionally (platform, guidance, metrics, zone/field leadership, and operations) to align initiatives and drive adoption.
- Lead and coordinate special projects, including project plans, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder action plans.
- Prepare concise updates, reporting, and insights for senior leaders on progress, risks, outcomes, and recommendations.
What You’ll Bring:

- 5+ years of experience in a business strategy, consulting, and/or marketing planning role, with a deep understanding of the agency distribution model and strong project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Developed and design, project management, data analysis, (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel, Word and Vizio plus project management tools. Mastery of Excel functions, formulas, and features, including but not limited to VLOOKUP, PivotTables, PivotCharts, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, and advanced charting techniques.
- Data sourcing from Tableau and Sales Force.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $100,000-$143,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
