Proposal Manager for Federal Construction Contracts
Bristol Bay Construction Holdings Support Services (BBCH-SS) is growing! We are looking for a proposal specialist to join our team to support our construction business line. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our teams to manage and write proposals for multiple construction proposals concurrently.

Job Location: This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
• Leading efforts for non-complex federal construction proposals
• Developing accurate and complete proposal content with strict adherence to RFP requirements
• Collaborating and coordinating with other BBCH departments and subject matter experts (SMEs)
• Writing, editing, and formatting proposal documents
• Creating and applying proposal templates
• Copy editing, formatting, and assembling proposal responses
• Drafting and updating personnel resumes and project descriptions
• Updating and maintaining company repositories and resources
• Completing forms and administrative volumes
• Assisting senior staff with complex proposal development
Qualifications
• Federal construction proposal experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years’ experience writing or coordinating proposals or similar marketing-related documents with strict requirements and deadlines; Associate’s degree and 4 years’ relevant experience or 6 years relevant experience with no degree.
• Experience with Monday.com, Responsive, or other proposal management/content management software is a plus.

Work Environment:
This job is performed in an office setting that includes exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse.

Compensation
$90,000 - $115,000 annually
