Job Description

• Develop and implement digital strategies, aligning local initiatives with the global digital vision of Drees & Sommer. 
• Maintain a clear overview of the digital tool landscape, defining application fields, license models, supported languages, and key contact persons. 
• Ensure transparency and structured access to templates, best practices, and digital guidelines through clear documentation and user-friendly structures. 
• Coordinate the development of client-facing digital material to support acquisition activities and showcase our digital capabilities and references. 
• Provide structured support for large or complex project set-ups, ensuring best practices and digital methodologies are applied. 
• Build a knowledge-sharing culture through digital newsletters, workshops, and regular touchpoints with country digital representatives. 
• Connect with other teams to ensure alignment on tools, data structures, and system integrations. 
• Supervise internal digital developments and ensure synergies with existing platforms and standards. 
• Continuously monitor international digital trends and propose innovations relevant to our operations. 

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, business administration, information management, or related field. 
• 3+ years of professional experience in digitalization, process management, or consulting - ideally within an international environment. 
• Strong understanding of data management, reporting structures, and digital tool ecosystems (Power BI, SharePoint, MS 365, etc.). 
• Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across cultures and disciplines. 
• Fluent in English (mandatory); German is advantageous. 
• Proactive mindset, structured thinking, and passion for enabling teams through digital innovation.
