PPC/SEM Team Lead (iGaming Focus)

You’re in.</p></div><p><strong>Locations:</strong></p> <p>Open to candidates currently <strong>based</strong> in, <strong>or willing to</strong> <strong>relocate to Lisbon, Portugal</strong>.<strong><br><br>Requirements:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li>Management experience (min 2 years).</li> <li>2+ Years of PPC/SEM experience. Agency or similar experience preferred.</li> <li>Google Ads, Apple, Microsoft Advertising experience.</li> <li>Understanding of techniques to improve paid campaigns and drive ROI.</li> <li>Great analytical skills, able to identify trends and act on it</li> <li>Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.</li> <li>High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self- motivation.</li> <li>A strong desire to learn and lead.</li> <li>Excel savvy</li> <li>Ability to multitask and work under pressure on a high pace environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>Supervise a team of 3-5 PPC consultants in their daily roles, ensuring that they are productive and following internal processes correctly.</li> <li>Hold weekly 1-on-1s meetings with team members.</li> <li>Work closely with the Head of PPC reporting the status and plan for the activity</li> <li>Work with different internal departments to ensure delivery of materials and new brands</li> <li>Launch new brand activities</li> <li>Plan budget spend</li> </ul> <p>‍</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Reshape marketing with us.
