What You Will Be Doing

Lead the Future of Operational Excellence as a Maintenance & Facilities Manager. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee a multi-shift team dedicated to maintaining production equipment, facilities, and grounds to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability. You'll drive performance through best practices, continuous improvement, and strategic planning—supporting production, implementing engineering changes, and managing shutdowns. As a key partner to Operations and Plant Leadership, you’ll lead initiatives that enhance equipment uptime, reduce costs, and support new technologies. With a strong focus on safety, compliance, and team development, you’ll champion a culture of innovation and operational excellence across the facility.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Preferred: Engineering degree; acceptable: Technical or Business Management degree.

  • Minimum 5 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment with increasing responsibility.

  • Minimum 5 years facilities management experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Experience in high-volume, multi-shift environments.

  • Proficient in TPM, Predictive Maintenance, and Lean Six Sigma tools.

  • Skilled in Building Management System (BMS) software.

  • Experience with budgeting, fiscal management, and professional presentations.

  • Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management software.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Physical & Environmental Requirements:

  • Ability to walk through large manufacturing facilities.

  • Exposure to isocyanates, high noise levels, and dusty environments.

Pay Range: $108,035.00-$137,863.00
