Sales Director - Non Paper Segment  
Remote USA

 

Your task:

• Define and execute appropriate sales strategies associated with the management of current business and business development.
• Build long term relationships with customer and key leaders by establishing trust and accountability.
• Work with executive leadership to develop annual sales budgets and key performance indicators and manage accordingly.  
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in experience
• Must be well versed and experienced with the paper industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrates expertise in product knowledge and application
• Ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
• Travel: Frequent
