Dimensionalist Reporting Officer (Junior)

About the role:

The primary function for the Dimensionalist Reporting Officer is to issue reports on dimensional activities, maintaining work continuity records, and processing time tracking for the Dimensional Control team.

You will report to the Quality Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue detailed reports on completed dimensional control activities for Product Assurance Inspectors;
• Archive and keep up to date all work continuity records for the Dimensional Control staff;
• Enter or update execution times for Dimensional Control activities in the management information system;
• Comply with company procedures (safety, quality, risk and security).

 

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma (three-year program) or a five-year technical high school diploma;
• Previous administrative experience;
• Availability to work day-shift schedule (8:00 am to 4:45 pm);
• Knowledge of Italian and English languages (min. B1 level)

 

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €28.500 to €31.750 per month.
