This position provides customer service during the 2nd shift to students and residents of on-campus housing located at the Core Residence. The Customer Service Clerk answers phone inquiries, has basic computer skills, and ability to be warm, helpful, pleasant, and responsive to guests, neighbors, and residents is critical to the job. This position also performs a variety of tasks to maintain a safe and healthy facility.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Serves in a supporting role for building, grounds, and apartment unit needs, including, but not limited to, maintenance requests, lock-out and security needs, and other issues as they arise.
Provide customer service for students and residents in the main lobby of Core Housing by maintaining a friendly and alert presence and assisting with accurate information and directions.
Monitor the phone and CCTV system, answering all calls quickly and courteously. If an emergency occurs, contact Protective Service immediately.
Maintains building cleanliness according to established facility standards.
Properly follows and enforces all Fitness guidelines and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Normal office environment.
The typical shift is 4 p.m. - 12 a.m., Monday - Friday.
Physical Effort
Typically sitting at a desk or table.
Repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement.
Occasional lifting (25 lbs. or less).
