Location: Maryland (Based in Odenton, MD)

Atlantic Bingo Supply is a leader in the multibillion-dollar charitable gaming industry. We distribute a wide array of products including consumables as well as state of the art electronic gaming products. Our products are sold, installed, and operated in numerous social and charitable gaming venues.

Position Summary

The Operations Manager will be based in Odenton, MD. and report directly to the General Manager and assist in the day-to-day management and support of our Operations and Service divisions. This position will be actively involved with ALL departments.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

• Facility and vehicle management.  
• Manage/oversee operations of Technical Service Department.
• Support the General Manager with various Human Resource needs.
• Evaluate and Improve productivity.
• Compliance/Safety
• DOT Compliance
• Adhere to and enforce OSHA regulations and safety procedures.
• Review all incident reports; ensure corrective actions are in place. 
• Investigate, monitor, and review work-related injuries.
• Inventory management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Requirements, Experience and Education

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with others.
• Ability to periodically travel to our satellite warehouses. 
• Self-motivated individual with desire to learn about our industry.
• Five years of Operations management experience.
