Senior Product Manager (Crypto)

We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. Job Summary:

As a Senior Product Manager (Crypto), you will work directly on crypto products, driving requirements and managing the backlog to lead delivery of new features and enhancements. You will be a key partner across the crypto org, collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor product performance and use insights to inform prioritization of the product roadmap.

Job Description:

You will lead the development of crypto products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers adopting cryptocurrency as a payment method.

Your day to day
In your day to day, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, efficient, and compliant crypto payment solutions.
• Design and prioritize product features that enhance merchants' ability to buy, sell, and hold cryptocurrencies.
• Define the product roadmap for crypto products, balancing customer needs with market trends and business objectives.
• Write clear product requirements for engineering teams to develop backend applications supporting merchant crypto use cases.
• Work closely with legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure products meet regulatory and financial requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor offerings, ensuring your product remains competitive and innovative.
• Stay informed about advancements in blockchain, digital currencies, and crypto technologies, applying these insights to product development.

What you need to bring

• A strong background in Product Management, preferably within the fintech or crypto industries.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency ecosystems, and regulatory challenges in the crypto space.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
• Familiarity with payment processing systems, digital wallets, and merchant-facing financial products.
• Experience managing product lifecycles from ideation to launch, with a track record of shipping successful products.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive product vision.
