Job Description

We’re looking for I18n QA Program Manager to join Procore’s Internationalization Quality Assurance team. In this role, you’ll help manage the international quality program and Jira to grow and maintain a sustainable scaled Agile delivery model to ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of critical Product & Technology (P&T) initiatives. As an I18n QA Program Manager, you’ll have familiarity with SaaS technologies and Agile frameworks and have confidence in managing large-scale technical QA initiatives. This role will join us in designing and managing key initiatives and KPIs that drive quality improvements to our international product releases. You will also work collaboratively with product managers, technical program managers, and internationalization software and QA engineers to implement and manage programs that improve the quality of our international release to customers.

This position reports into Head of International QA and has the opportunity to work remotely out of the U.S. or be based in our Carpinteria, CA, or Austin, TX, offices.

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop quality programs that align with our internationalization plan and meet the needs of our international locale customers
  • Help to define quality standards, metrics, and mechanisms and guide their implementation
  • Utilize customer research, feedback data, and business goals to identify opportunities to improve our quality programs
  • Project manage and oversee the implementation of quality campaigns, programs, and tooling
  • Lead quality initiatives to make targeted improvements to international locale quality and customer engagement
  • Engage with Procore internal stakeholders, our customers, and business partners to understand challenges to the international quality
  • Collaborate closely with our internalization vendors and enable them to meet quality standards
  • Conduct regular reviews of our quality programs to ensure they are aligning with our quality objectives

What we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer/software technical field is required
  • 5+ years of QA engineering experience in internationalization and localization; 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management at a technology company, preferably SaaS
  • Experience in manual testing and automation testing
  • Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
  • Ability to understand technical specifications and analyze log files
  • Experience with the full localization life cycle and best practices
  • Work with Engineering/Product and Design teams and be the true owner of assigned programs and drive the quarterly software delivery 
  • Technical knowledge of modern SaaS Technologies and a strong understanding of Agile software development; PMP certification
  • Ability to distill complex technical information and convey it to different audiences
  • Strong critical thinking skills, demonstrating the ability to analyze and help teams break down Programs into milestones
  • Experience with dashboard development using BI products (e.g., Tableau) is a plus

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $100,800-$138,600. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
