Under Direction of the Vice President, leads assigned service division, including oversight of clinical, programmatic, budget, staffing, operations, regulatory compliance, and provision of services.I. Major Responsibilities:
1. Provides supervision/consultation to assigned individuals and/or groups to advance clinical care. Provides regular, documented clinical and/or administrative supervision of management and staff.
2. Evaluates staffing patterns and coverage, programmatic structure, treatment interventions, and services to ensure safety, security, and quality care to clients.
3. Ensures regular annual and supplemental professional development training classes are provided to and attended/completed by managers and division staff. Develops, provides and facilitates training for staff and managers that align with standards of practice, compliance requirements and the agency’s strategic plan.
4. Coordinates facility compliance with licensing regulations and accreditation standards; coordinates upkeep of environment of care.
5. Serves as a liaison among other divisions and administrative departments to facilitate consistent and effective communication around program needs. Participates in assigned agency and system wide initiatives and workgroups.
6. Collaborates with other division leaders and administrative departments to design, develop, implement, monitor and update client centered workflows and practices that are efficient, cost effective, and evidence based.
7. Fosters and maintains relationships with external stakeholders and represents CHL at all local and statewide meetings, coalitions, and other stakeholder events. Develops referral pathways to and from commu
