Director of Sales and Marketing

Kendal Crosslands Communities is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join the team and drive our growth strategy forward.

As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our community and be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with our occupancy goals, financial objectives, and diversity initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to leadership of a team, development of lead-generating and nurturing campaigns, oversight of digital advertising initiatives, managing the budget effectively, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the community and with external partners.
