Job Summary
The Director of Outreach and Partner Success is an externally facing leader responsible for growth execution and oversight of business relationships with referral partners, community stakeholders, colleges, and universities. This role is focused on establishing new relationships, strengthening current relationships, and ultimately growing Rivia Mind’s patient population through referrals and targeted market expansion.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers, ensuring that performance goals are met or exceeded
- Develop and operationalize the GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
- Identify, negotiate, and implement strategic partnerships with employers, benefits consultants, and TPAs
- Develop and execute a comprehensive prospecting strategy to generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach, referrals, email campaigns, and networking events
- Create, build, and manage new and existing relationships with referral sources and partners across priority markets
- Cultivate a deep understanding of the products and capabilities of both Rivia Mind and potential partners to identify opportunities to create mutual value for both parties
- Establish standard outreach methods to create consistency in team performance
- Serve as the primary point of contact between Rivia Mind and partner organizations, ensuring ongoing needs are met and maintaining a client-centric focus
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to accurately track partnership activities, communication, and market data
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnership initiatives. Track and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for optimization and improvement
- Act as the in-house expert on relevant markets, providing insights and guidance to internal teams as needed
