HR Project Analyst

As the HR Project Analyst, the incumbent is responsible for providing administrative and analytical support for projects within an organization’s learning and development space. Their role involves assisting in project planning, monitoring project progress, and conducting data analysis to support decision-making. They collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success. They maintain project documentation, track project metrics, and prepare reports for project status updates. Additionally, they contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of best practices within corporate functions.

Primary responsibilities include

• The incumbent is responsible for performing routine assignments in the entry level to professional job progression, that relate to project planning and support, which may include assisting in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for corporate functions projects.
• Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for data analysis and reporting, which may include conducting data analysis, to support decision-making and project performance evaluation.
• Although the incumbent may receive instruction, guidance and direction from others, they are responsible for stakeholder collaboration, which may include engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and address their concerns.
• In addition to being responsible for project planning support, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration the incumbent may also be responsible for documentation and process improvement.
• Documentation and Process improvement may entail, contributing to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas of optimization and implementing best practices and standard methodologies to enhance efficiency.
• Lastly, the incumbent is responsible for risk assessment and mitigation, which includes monitoring and tracking project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• It is important to note that the incumbent may use existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems
