Marketing Manager, Nazarbayev University

<h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>The Manager performs the following responsibilities:</strong><br/> 1) preparation and execution of documents on issues within the competence of the School;<br/> 2) implementation of interaction and correspondence with applicants, students and academic staff of the School on issues within the competence of the School;<br/> 3) formation of the direction budget;<br/> 4) preparation of a recruitment plan and organization of a recruitment campaign to attract potential listeners on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad (presentations in the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, international educational exhibitions);<br/> 5) organizing an Open Day and other recruiting events of the University and School to attract potential students, as well as providing them with logistical support;<br/> 6) timely updating of text and visual content on the School's website, as well as monitoring of information on the University's website in part of the School;<br/> 7) assistance in attracting students to commercial programs/ courses of the School;<br/> 8) implementation of works related to the implementation of marketing activities of the School;<br/> 9) participation in the planning and organization of School events to work with potential students and their parents;<br/> 10) development and periodic updating of School information materials in electronic format and on paper;<br/> 11) preparation of analytical materials, presentations, information on individual tasks, instructions of the line manager within the competence of the School;<br/> 12) participation in the processes of identification, assessment, management, monitoring of risks within the supervised direction;</p><p>13) performs duties (replaces) of the Senior Marketing Manager during his temporary absence (for up to one month);<br/> 14) timely and properly executes the tasks of the line manager and the University management;<br/> 15) complies with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal documents of the University;<br/> 16) responsible for compliance with labor and service discipline;<br/> 17) responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, as well as preventing the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as restricted access information in accordance with the legislation, the Charter and internal documents of the Employer;<br/> 18) in case of dismissal, responsible for the timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, inventory to another employee at the direction of the line manager (according to the act of acceptance and transfer).</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>With a Bachelor's degree / Specialist - at least three years;<br/> At least 1 year with a Master's degree in the relevant field.</strong></p><p> </p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Experience in the following areas is considered an asset:</strong></p><p>- Effective communication skills; <br/> - information management skills;<br/> - analytical thinking skills; <br/> - organizational skills;<br/> - ability to work in a team;<br/> - problem solving skills;<br/> - fluency in English, Kazakh and Russian languages.</p><div sr-tagline=""></div><p><strong>Recruitment and selection process</strong><br/>Recruitment and selection at Nazarbayev University include the following process: preliminary selection based on experience and qualifications, assessments (e.g. technical skills/capabilities, aptitude, personality, work samples, in-basket exercises, and informal interviews), and motivation.<br/><br/>Formal interviews form the final stage of the selection process.<br/>They are typically based on organizational values and behaviors and conducted in English.<br/>You are encouraged to share your views and values  to identify how they fit into  Nazarbayev University core values</p>
