In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our customers in the public sector and you will be responsible for developing new business by identifying profitable opportunities, maintaining your client portfolio by building strong, long-lasting relationships, and monitoring the progress of the projects, with the aim to provide excellent client service and added value services.

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Managing numerous complex projects with various priorities and stakeholders; planning, execution, and delivery of Cybersecurity-driven projects
  • Support coordination of various workstreams within the overall Cybersecurity Action Plan’s execution and dedicated workload management for EUCI accreditation activities, Identity and (privileged) Access management, cloud security developments, cybersecurity policy architecture development tasks, security awareness and security champion program, secure SDLC, hybrid SOC building project, integration of EUCI applications with modernised Boundary Protection Services, unstructured data monitoring and file integrity monitoring.
  • Analysis, definition and management of objectives, scope, tasks, deliverables, milestones, quality plans, communication plans, financial resources
  • Risk and problem analysis and management; identifying, monitoring, reporting and escalating project related issues to achieve timely objectives.
  • Monitoring of project activities, project status and resource usage; holding regular technical meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Ensure specification compliance and quality control

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • Minimum Level of Education: Master's degree or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of IT relevant professional experience
  • Holds a certificate in PRINCE2 or PMP or equivalent
  • Has at least 3 years of experience in delivering IT systems
  • Has experience in leading at least 2 medium-large ICT projects as a project manager
  • At least 3 years’ experience in management of Cyber/Information Security projects and/or programmes·
  • At least 1 certification among: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional); CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting EU-I)
  • At least 1 of the following Risk Assessment methodologies: EBIOS, CRAMM, PILAR or equivalent (subject to acceptance by the Contracting EU-I)
  • Knowledge of Defence-in-depth Security Architecture
  • Knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management etc.
  • In-depth familiarity with security policies based on industry standards and best practices
  • Broad architectural background with full-lifecycle experience of delivering IT Security solutions.
  • Understanding of the principles of best practice security as embodied in ISO27001.
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Excellent English at level C1.
