Visiting Assistant Professor, Comparative Politics (Europe) and International Relations

The Department of Government and Foreign Affairs at Hampden-Sydney College invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor to begin August 2024. Candidates should have research and teaching interests in European politics (region open) and the ability to offer introductory and intermediate courses in comparative politics and international relations.

Qualifications

Successful applicants should have a record of effective classroom teaching and must have their Ph.D. in political science or be ABD near completion by the time of appointment. The teaching load is seven courses over the 2024-2025 academic year.
