• As part of our Offline Operations team, you will steer Emma’s production planning to reach optimal stock levels. 
• You will create and maintain production schedules to meet retailer's demand and optimize resource utilization. 
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between production plans and sales forecasts. 
• You will analyze historical data and market trends to make data-driven decisions for production planning. 
• You will adjust production plans as needed in response to changes in demand or supply chain disruptions. 
• You will develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve production planning effectiveness. 

Who we are looking for:

• You have a bachelor’s or master's degree in operations management, business administration, engineering or a related field. 
• You have practical experience in production planning, operational planning or supply chain management.  
• You are analytically strong and can draw meaningful insights when looking at data. 
• You are highly structured, with a strong organizational talent. 
• You are attracted by new projects and challenges. 
• You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
