Grounds Mower

JOB SUMMARY Assure that all mowing, trimming, weeding, and any other grounds related items are maintained to a professional standard.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Work Experience

Experience in mowing/grounds maintenance preferred.

Required Skills

§  Valid Driver’s license

§  Independent, self-motivated

§  Efficient with zero turn mower

§  Efficient with grounds maintenance tools

Physical Requirements

Sitting - 16-31%

 Visual and Hearing Requirements

Must be able to see with corrective eyewear, if needed.

 

Color vision ability required.

Must be able to hear clearly with assistance, if needed.

Lifting - 0-50lbs, 50lbs or more with assistance

Carrying - 0-50lbs, 50lbs or more with assistance

Pulling - up to 100lbs 

Pushing - up to 100lbs

§  Mowing TJ properties as needed.

§  Trimming TJ properties as needed.

§  Weeding and spraying for weeds.

§  Management of outdoor trash cans.

§  Snow removal.

§  Any other outdoor need TJ properties may require.
