ABOUT THE ROLE
The Team Lead provides guidance and direct feedback to all team members within assigned tasks. The Decanting and Restock Lead will directly interact with the designated department team. The Decanting and Restock Lead is to ensure compliance of the procedure, and communicate goals, safety practices, and also provides ongoing guidance and support to the employees as they complete their action plans. The Decanting and Restock Lead will provide assistance and support to all Supervisors. They ensure that proper processes are followed and that errors are addressed quickly. They assist in training of new and present employees and the upkeep of the Distribution Center.
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
$23.43 hourly
Monday - Friday, Full-Time (4:30am - 1:00pm), non-exempt

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Use a tablet and scanner to perform the job
- Safely operate all warehouse equipment
- Show up on time every day, ready to work with a positive attitude
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
- Follow directions of supervisors and mangers
- Help reconcile and delivery discrepancies
- Monitor receiving progress and process to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Provide assistance and guidance to the receiving team
- Perform regular safety walks
- Assess the root cause of receiving issues and help devise a plan of action for preventing similar future problems
- Process improvement participation
- Monitor and train new hires to ensure optimal productivity and quality.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center.
- Follows all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations.
- Acts professionally and remains focused – contributing to a culture and environment focused on a safe working environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned and be willing to cross train.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to read and speak English.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Must be comfortable using electronic devices.
- Can lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Basic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately.
- Ability to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information.
- Must be flexible with start and departure time changing.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
- Ability to work independently without close supervision.
