This leadership role is located in Palmdale, CA.
As a member of the Advanced Manufacturing Technology & Innovation development team, you will define, develop, implement, and transition new technology solutions to manufacturing to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and improve quality. This position supports AMT Digital Communications and the development, production, integration, and deployment of a Northrop Grumman secure communications solution. This role requires providing organization and project management across all digital communications projects. Key skills to be successful in this role include great attention to detail, the ability to stay organized, task prioritization, and being able to work with minimal detail or unclear requirements. This role involves interfacing with internal and external customers, program offices, multiple business functions, engineering disciplines, and executive management. In addition, the role will require the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic/fast-paced work environment. Budgeting and Project Management skills will be utilized to properly scope and execute assigned work and manage project efforts. The Manager Project Management 2 will have the responsibility of analyzing business and technical processes to ensure compliance for organizational commitments. The manager will provide organizational leadership across the Advanced Manufacturing Technology portfolio. This includes tracking financials, procurements, legal and compliance, and functional tasking, which will include the following responsibilities:

- Liaison Frequent inter-organizational and outside customer contacts.
- Experience in Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
- Ability to lead through, overcome and adapt to obstacles and challenges.
- Strong Familiarity with Process Development & Controls
