Paint Line Maintenance Technician 2nd shift

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Paint Line Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, repair, and preventative maintenance of paint line equipment and systems in a high-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot paint line equipment, including ovens, conveyors, spray booths, and robotic arms

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and emergency repairs

• Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities

• Collaborate with production staff to ensure minimal downtime and consistent product quality

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

• Work with other maintenance technicians to help broaden skills across the plant. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (paint line or manufacturing preferred)

• Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, basic electrical systems, and PLCs a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude

• Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment
