Associate Creative Director, Creative Development

Job Description:

We're searching for an Associate Creative Director, Art Director to join our Creative Development team. You'll join a team dedicated to one of our premier financial services clients. You will concept and execute work spanning creative development deliverables, including TV, social, OLV, and more. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, Creative Development, you will straddle the line of manager and doer, both overseeing teams to pushing the work, but also ideating and creating your own.

• You will create conceptual yet performance metrics-driven work, such as TV, display, social, video and print while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients.
• You will develop on-brand retail experiences and creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels.
• You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.
• You will apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to your work.
• You understand unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.
• You will present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships.
