Junior Network Technician

<strong>ASSYST</strong> is seeking a skilled <strong>Junior Network Technician</strong> for our headquarters in <strong>Sterling, VA.</strong><br />

<strong>Job Type: Full Time/Permanent<br />
Job Location: Sterling, Virginia (Onsite)<br />
<br />
Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Manages PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software</li>
<li>Provides basic helpdesk support of computer accounts, access cards, software upgrades.</li>
<li>Assists with daily backup and infrastructure tasks.</li>
<li>Assists with managing network printers and copiers</li>
<li>Tracks and monitors computer inventory</li>
<li>Documents internal procedures</li>
</ul>
<strong>Requirements:</strong>

<ul>
<li>Experience working with Linux operating systems.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of networking concepts, Hardware experience is a plus!</li>
<li>Willingness to learn and be mentored by technical leads.</li>
<li>US Citizenship is required; with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance.</li>
